MF metal film resistor is a classic axial-lead precision thin-film resistor, widely used for voltage reference divider, signal sampling, op-amp peripheral and audio circuits. Compared with carbon film resistors, it delivers better accuracy, lower temperature drift and much lower noise. Built on high-purity alumina ceramic core. Nickel-chromium alloy thin film is deposited by vacuum sputtering. Laser helical trimming calibrates resistance precisely. Metal end caps and tinned leads are assembled, then protected by epoxy coating with standard color band marking.
